Common questions about pricing.
- Why is pricing not listed publicly?
- EBA configurations vary too much between contractors for a self-serve number to be honest. We quote on workforce size, EBA scope, integrations needed, and onboarding effort. Most quotes land within 24 hours of a 30-minute call.
- What does "per worker per month" mean?
- Active workers in your billing period — anyone whose timesheet was approved into a pay run. Inactive workers (off the tools, leave, terminated) don't count. Supervisors on the client side are free.
- Is there a setup fee?
- There is an onboarding fee for the EBA configuration if your award package isn't already supported (e.g. you're on a different state-level EBA than the launch customer). The Field plan is zero-setup if you're on a supported package.
- How does the free demo work?
- 30 minutes with someone who knows the EBA. We walk through your real project numbers, show the pay engine running on your award package, and give you a sandbox account to play with. No commitment.
- What about the mobile app?
- Free for workers. Available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Play Store) — published under the SiteSphere brand. Workers don't pay anything; the per-worker fee is paid by their employer.
